Bylaws and Standing Rules
Bernice Fujiwara, Chair

This committee receives, reviews and processes all suggestions for amendments and/or proposed amendments to the Bylaws and Standing Rules. 

Heidi Fujimoto, Chair

Responsible for publishing the Chapter's bulletin, The Grass Shack News, twelve times a year; publicizing Chapter activities and membership meetings through releases to the press and other media; and maintaining the President's Yearbook and Chapter history.

Kokua 
Ginny Dunn, Chair

This committee is comprised of all past presidents of the Chapter. It extends hospitality to visiting members from other chapters, schedules community service projects, and coordinates plans for an annual Christmas gathering.

Membership 
Corinne Bauske, Chair

This committee is responsible for membership recruitment and maintenance as well as the publishing of the annual roster.

Parliamentarian

Dorinda Dunlap

Ensures proper usage of the rules of the organization.

Nora Onishi, Chair

This committee was formerly known as the Education Committee but now encompasses the scholarship program, certified professional secretary program, and educational workshops. In the last several years, the committee has been working with the Program Committee to offer one-hour educational workshops with either/or CEU credits or CPS recertification points.

This committee is responsible for all telephone contacts covering monthly meetings and other special items.

This committee coordinates fundraisers in order to support our many projects throughout the year and the scholarship fund.
