 With the expansion of digital technology and growing concerns over 'privacy' of information, Administrative Professionals increasingly find themselves as 'gatekeepers' for company records. Mr. Moriki discussed identifying what are 'records' and complexities in applying 'paper based' principles of recordkeeping to digital information.
